Please carefully review these rules.
1. Primary Residence: You confirm that you are staying for vacation purposes only and maintain a primary residence elsewhere.
2. City-Mandated Limits
The City of Palm Springs strictly enforces limits on guests and vehicles. Exceeding these numbers can result in immediate eviction.
📝 Required for Arrival: Within 24 hours of your arrival, our local property manager will greet you for a quick, city-mandated orientation to review the "Good Neighbor Brochure." Please have the first names and ages of all overnight guests, plus license plate numbers for all vehicles ready for them. The primary guest will need to provide a government mandated ID, a copy of which will be taken.
3. The Palm Springs "Good Neighbor" Rules
Palm Springs has a zero-tolerance policy for neighborhood nuisances. To ensure a peaceful stay, please note:
4. Pool & Property Safety
5. Pet Policy
Although we love dogs, pets are not allowed on the premises due to allergy concerns, except for service dogs with prior approval. We enforce a strict no‑pet policy.
Service animals and emotional support animals are welcome as required by law. Guests are fully responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning resulting from their animal. Charges may apply for:
These charges are assessed in the same manner as any guest‑caused damage and may be deducted from the standard security deposit or submitted as a claim through the booking platform.
6. Breakage
If anything breaks during your stay, please let us know so we can file an insurance claim and replace the item for future guests.
Any violations of the house rules, City of Palm Springs policies, or substantial damage to the property will result in significant fines.
